Returns & Refunds for EU Customers

We offer free returns (duvets within 100 days, pillows within 14 days) to all customers within Europe. If, for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

To send the product back to us, we will send you a voucher for a courier service (we will pay the costs) in order to send the product back to us. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount.

Customers Outside the EU

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for organising and paying for a courier to send the product back to us (duvets within 100 days, pillows within 14 days). Once we have received the product, we will provide a full refund.

How to Return (EU Customers)

- Contact us and tell us you'd like to make a return.
- You shall receive a return voucher from us for a courier service.
- Package the items securely, using the original packaging if possible.
- Obtain a certificate of postage when you visit the post office.
- We'll process your refund within 10 days of receiving the items.
