Returns Policy

We offer free returns for customers within the EU. Customers outside of the EU are responsible for organising and paying for a courier to send a product back to us. If for whatever reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

EU Customers

We offer free returns (duvets within 100 days, pillows within 14 days).
To send the product back to us, we will send you a voucher for a courier service (we will pay the costs) to send the product back to us. Once received we will refund the full amount.

Outside EU Customers

Customers outside of the EU are responsible for organising and paying for a courier to send a product back to us (duvets within 100 days, pillows within 14 days).
To send the product back to us, you will be required to organise and pay for a courier service to send the product back to us. Once received we will offer a full refund.

How to Return: Royal Mail

- We will send you a return voucher
- Enclose the delivery note with the product and package up securely
- Use original packaging if possible
- Obtain a certificate of postage when you visit the Post Office
- We'll process your refund within 10 days of us receiving the item/s back

How to Return: Collect+

- Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging and removing the delivery label
- Include the original delivery note
- Attach the Collect+ label and take it to your nearest Collect+ location
- Find your nearest Collect+ location
- You can track the progress of your return, using the Collect+ tracking number on the receipt you'll be given when you drop off your parcel
- We'll process your refund within 2 days of us receiving the item/s back

Arrange a Free Home Collection with myHermes

- Please pack your parcel up securely, preferably using its original packaging and removing the delivery label
- Include the original delivery note
- You'll need access to a printer to obtain a label for your parcel
- We'll process your refund within 10 days of us receiving the item(s) back
