Returns & Refunds for EU Customers

We offer free returns (duvets within 100 days, pillows within 14 days) to all customers within Europe. If, for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please return the product to us and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

To send the product back to us, we will send you a voucher for a courier service (we will pay the costs) in order to send the product back to us. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount.

How to Return?

  1. Contact us and tell us you'd like to make a return
  2. We will send you a return voucher for a courier service
  3. Package the items securely, using the original packaging if possible
  4. We'll process your refund within 10 days of receiving the items

Customers outside of Europe

Customers outside of Europe are responsible for organising and paying for a courier service to send the product back to us (duvets within 100 days, pillows within 14 days). Contact us and tell us you'd like to make a return. Package the items securely, using the original packaging if possible. Once we have received the product, we will provide a full refund.
