Guarantee and Product Failures

All of our duvets have a standard guarantee of 5 years. However, a duvet can last up to 10 years, so if you notice a product failure after 5 years then please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want you to be happy and stay happy with your purchase.

Our Duvet Range and Stock

We have a wide range of down duvets, which is why we cannot keep all products in stock. All of our down duvets are made to order. If you have special wishes concerning filling or size, then please do not hesitate to discuss them with us.
