Order a Down Duvet in 5 Easy Steps

You can order a down duvet directly on our website. Here are some step by step instructions should you need them.

You do not have to register an account in order to order with us.

Step 1: Select the Product You Want

Once you’ve found the duvet or pillow you’d like to purchase, you will need to add it to your shopping basket. To do this, simply select the product you wish to purchase and, after specifying your preferred size, click the button labelled “Add to Basket.”

You will find the button at the right hand side of every product. If you click the shopping basket icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, then you will see what you’ve placed in your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to order, you can move on to the payment process.

If you live outside the European Union, please note when ordering that you are responsible for paying local customs duties.

Step 2: Check Order (and Adjust if Necessary)

Check and make sure that the correct products have been selected. You can delete any products by clicking the button labelled “dustbin.” Under “Quantity”, you can specify the number of products desired. If you wish to change the number of products, then enter in the number desired and click the button labelled “update” in order to update the basket to the correct quantity.

Step 3: Order and Continue to Payment

On this page you can fill in your address, and if needed, an alternate delivery address. You can also arrange payment. You can check your order one last time, then you will need to agree to our General Terms and Conditions and place your order.

Step 4: Payment and Closure

We accept various methods of payment:

Bank Transfer

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order confirmation and our bank details. As soon as you have transferred the amount to our bank account, we will instruct the workshop to manufacture your duvet.

Credit Card

Credit cards are an easy and secure way to make payments over the web. We accept both Visa and Mastercard.

Debit Card

Debit cards have become the consumers’ first choice of payment. It’s a safe and convenient way to pay for goods and services, particularly over the internet, over the phone, or by mail order, both in the UK and abroad.

Step 5: Confirmation

We confirm your order and we send you an “Order Confirmation” email.
