90 Years of Tradition: Bielefelder Verse

The Verse family workshop has delivered artisanal duvets to happy customers since 1926. Founded by Fritz Verse, the family business relocated to Bielefeld Schildesche under the direction of his son Friedrich, where it has remained ever since.

Florian Verse

These days Fritz’s grandson Friedrich-Wilhelm and his son Florian run the workshop. Together they are working to expand the business and open new workshops, where the Verse family’s proud history of innovation will help guide the business to a bright future.

Family ties and more than 90 years of dedication to duvets has produced a proud company, staffed by individuals with a passion for quality. Just as down and feathers combine to create excellent duvets, tradition and technology go hand in hand at Verse’s.

Bielefelder Verse is a ‘vollstufige’ manufacturer. The entire process from washing and selecting the down, to sewing up the fabric takes place in the workshop. Skilled craftspeople and a thoroughly organised production process allow Verse to guarantee the quality of their duvets. Rest assured that wrapped in a Verse duvet you will sleep safe and sound.
