Guarantee and Product Failures

All duvets have a standard guarantee of 5 years. However, a duvet can last up to 10 years, so even if you notice a product failure after 5 years, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want you to be happy and stay happy with your purchase.

Our Duvet Range and Stock

We have a wide range of down duvets, which is why we cannot keep products in stock. All our down duvets are made to order. If you have special wishes concerning filling or size, please do not hesitate to discuss them with us.
